Learn what Sri Krishna speaks of Shraddha – Faith, the inner intuition and receptivity of the mind to ideals, which ultimately settles man’s preferences. His preferences in respect to objects of admiration, worship, food, activities, work etc. will depend on one type of Faith from the three types.

Apply the Karma Yoga theory into practice. students will be assigned specific duties in the center under the Senior Teacher’s guidance. Karma Yoga is about doing work with mindful awareness, happiness and focus . Students will practice a positive attitude and sense of enjoyment to accompany any physical action besides learning to detach and surrender from the results to train the mind and reach a higher level of consciousness through taking up an action.
Students will be guided to select a topic for undertaking research for their Personal Project Work to impart Yoga Education to a particular group. This will equip them with a structured outline of their Yoga class that they wish to conduct in future in their respective countries. For example, a student from Germany made Yoga at School, a student from HongKong made Yoga for Cancer Survivors and the other student from Spain made Yoga for Prisoners. Several students have started their own Yoga space, arranged workshops and trainings with WLYA/Jeenal in their countries and discovered Yoga as their work and lifestyle on completion of their project. The students could share ideas, views and their feedback regarding each other’s project and would receive teacher’s feedback.
